Very nice!!!!   :surf:

Thanks! My M90 is kept separate from the others, had to be ultra quiet not to wake the wife- she would have freaked out where i placed them for the photos

Today`s project: Fisher PH 490 (in the photos) totally dead deck, and earlier prelim. exam there`s about 8 plugs to undo, remove a circuit board, belts are gone, and motor is loose. The deck is deep inside the chassis, the rear cover removes and entire electronics buried 7 inches deep- Going to take several photos of the process and post in restorations.. :-D

So funny my eyes went right to that Sharp. It took me a minute to realize it was sandwiched between the JVC's! There all great boxes!

 I have worked on both 2-480 and 2-492 decks and they are pretty simple. I had to replace 1 motor so far but wasn't to bad. Good luck :-)

Good to hear , got sidetracked today ! :-/ She`s already on the bench, front burner :-)

Can`t give you the Sharp oldskool , she has quickly became my fave

Never knew there was a GX-33 ? Will have to look into her. :-) After hearing the sound on the 88 it was an instant sell..even though the decks are mechanical the sound and nuances are true and clear , likened to the Akai GX-706D home cassette deck with glass ferrite heads :-)
