Man, oh man! What a nice combo you now have. I think you added three times the value to that GE box. It looks like a really classy, heavy hitter now.

What can I say about the Mercedes... classic, German engineering. Will it be at the Mix?

Thanks, guys!

The box did turn out pretty good, you can see some slight blemishes up close, but it does look A LOT better. My original idea was to paint it the same color blue (but metallic) as around the tuner window and then paint the speaker grills silver... But then this car came along and I thought it would be cooler to just go dark and match the car.

I didn't pick up the car yet because I'm having a new AC compressor installed by the guy in the shop next to the painter. That way, I can actually enjoy driving it in the Florida heat....

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the paint job. The guy did really good work. Much better than at a MAACO or Econo-paint...

I can't believe he got the body that straight. It looked like a freakin' golf-ball before, with all the door dings and dents.

There is a better than average chance that both the box and the benz will be at the mix... However, depending on how many boxes Juan and I bring (assuming we ride together again) we may have to take the Highlander instead.

It all depends how much space the sub-woofer ends up occupying in the trunk... :-D

Maad! That is so cool. If things work out I will be painting a Mercedes and a box together by this year's end!

The 190 ,called the "baby" Mercedes when it appeared in the 80 by its small size ,for many and I agree the last true Mercedes .
