3D models for VZ2000, M90, Panny mini

Some of the things I've been working on lately are fully captured VZ sliders, with a few different sprue configurations to compare shop prices. I tried to cram to save money, but attaching everything wasn't worth the effort.

Another is the M90 deck door cover. The window is getting milled out of clear acrylic at a local plastics shop and the plate will be printed.

The last one is a battery cover for a friend's RX-1810. He had the original but the flex points on the clips were cracked.

Hopefully 3d printers are detailed enough to pick up the fine detail of the top of the sliders...

Thanks guys! Yeah, I'm optimistic that what they print comes out like the originals, it's the same process used by the model train folks and their tiny stuff comes out nice and sharp.
Once I verify that they print right and fit, I'll see about making them available

Eric you are amazing. I consider myself patient but not near enough to go over the detail you put in these. I hope they turn out as sharp as you make them look. You definitely deserve the quality after doing it.

Thanks trippy. They turned out pretty good. The sliders used a high precision plastic. It was accurate enough that it actually was able to reproduce the tiny ridges in the top surface, although if you get real close up it looks a bit off. Still impressed it was able to do it at all!

The deck door cover was done in three different colors of resins and also the black nylon powder. The gray resin was best and although the nylon doors were also accurate, their surface looks sandblasted due to the large particle size. Same with the Panny cover. But, it's cheap/adequate for many situations.

That's pretty damn impressive!
With a couple of thin layers of paint I'm sure that detail would come through..
