I've never been a fan of that model, I think it's too modern for my tastes. Although I do appreciate the massive efforts from the manufacturer to out-cheese everything else on the market design-wise.

If that plasticky piece of novelty junk sells for that price, someone is very stupid and has too much money, and the seller will probably be buying a 50" LCD HDTV and new kitchen appliances as soon as the buyer pays up. :ebay: I can't believe how someone actually thinks that cheesy, flashy portable radio is worth anywhere near that figure, it's absurd. It's not even good quality. Nor is it even the one made famous by Madonna. The whole thing's a joke really, the auction and the radio to be quite frank. I'm sure there are proud owners of that model out there, heck if I had one I'd probably love it, due to the novely and rarity value. But that price is nothing but ridiculous, I mean, it hasn't even got its original disco ball for goodness sake!
