This makes me soooooo sick. I wish I could be there. There was no way I could make it work with football season in full swing. Plus now that we have adopted my great nephew he is playing as well.
For those that don't know, I am the voice of the Clay-Chalkville Cougars. From youth to varsity. Been doing it for awhile now.
I finally found someone to handle middle school games as it was wearing me out. I do the PA play by play for the teams. And help coach my sons youth team which plays on Saturdays.
So the best I will be able to do is live chat from the BASSment during the event. Hopefully, that can be worked out somehow so I can participate one way or the other.

Sooooo..... What's the schedule..? Is the plan just to wander the streets of Vegas and see if we bump into anyone carrying a boombox..?

I plan to hit the bar/lobby tomorrow night and meet up with Caution to get our room situated.
Friday morning-afternoon I have no plans with anyone or anything. I might wander the streets, check out local stuff, who knows. I have to checkout early Friday from my room and transfer stuff to Cautions booked room for the rest of the event too.

The only time there is anything officially planned is Saturday.
Here is my plan for Friday:
Arrive around 3:00 in the afternoon. Check in and if it's warm enough maybe hit the pool with my wife and kid. Then I think it would be great if we could meet up for dinner at about 6:00. Afterwards I'd like to drive around and have my son check out the Vegas lights and some other hotels. Then back to the hotel for me to get my son turned down for the night. Then at about 10:00 ish I'll hit everybody up and see if guys are hanging out at one of the hotel bars/lounges. Hopefully sit and chat with you all for a few hours.
Saturday we can start setting up at the "Blue Room" from 10:00 am to 12:00. I'll be there about 10:00 am to make sure our 30 tables are set up correctly and everything else is ready to go. If anyone wants to help I can give you all a ride. Everyone should show up no later than 12:00 because the food will be delivered at that time. We will have the room until 5:00. After that, we can all maybe hit up a buffet for dinner and afterwards hit the streets of Vegas with our blasters.
Sunday maybe we could all meet for brunch before we all go our separate ways.
These are just ideas and are not meant to dictate anyone's vacation.

I have a powerful FM transmitter that I'm bringing, so I will get there a little early to set up as well.
I heard Reli and Mellymelr are bringing 25 radios!!!! Might have to bring a few extra, keeping up with the Jones' is tough

Anyone that is going to the Summit have a pair of extra m70 cassette deck belts I can buy off them? blu_fuz offered to change the belts of my m70 but I've been so busy I forgot to order the m-70 belts. If you have extra belts please take them to Vegas and I'll pay you or I'll order some and replace yours. Lmk if anyone can help a brotha out!!!
