Ok my connection on hotel rooms in Vegas just got back to me but not with very much information he has connections to 6 different hotels I'm going to find out prices and how far in advance we can reserve rooms I will keep you posted

The biggest radio that will fit under a seat is a 920 / M70 sized radio. And that leaves little to no foot space. If I was flying across the world, I would look for a hard shelled case with foam inserts in it and just check it.
