Nature is a BEAST when it wants to be. Those are some gnarly pictures.Terry said:The clean up after Enid in 1980, our house was fine, this was next door.

Seriously be safe as I experienced 2004 & 2005 when Florida was hit from all sides in those two years. I lived in Miami at the time and witnessed the devastation from Katrina, Frances, Charley and Wilma which caused a water spout that formed behind the condo over the Biscayne Bay and came onshore and the sucked on one side of the condo from the Penthouse down to the 1st. floor unit all their contents. I was listening to the radio and heard the Disc Jockey speaking to someone that needed help and was in the stairwell and when the person said the condos name I knew we got hit because I felt the building tremble a bit..... but didn't think nothing of it boy was I wrong!!
I remember seeing green lightning from Hurricane Charley. Never witnessed anything like that but I remember people in Miami telling me about green lightning I looked at them as they were crazy, well not anymore!!
Ira do you have any family on the west coast of Florida?
