Oh and it’s not unusual to get bored with certain models after awhile. At that point, sell an M70 or C100 or something to make room for something else to provide the “spice” in your life.

Just depends if you prioritize style or performance. For performance, the JVC M70 smokes all other boxes of its size. But be prepared to pay $300+

I have seen lots of radios with paint splatter on them. My feelings about this must stem from growing up in a household that kept things well preserved. If I had a M70, that thing would be as far away from the paint as possible. It's got the power to be far away and be heard.
