Hi-Fi and Boomboxes available in a lot

Not too long ago, I was contacted by a gentleman who is the executor for the estate of a deceased collector of hi-fi components and boomboxes. He was kind enough to send pictures and a PDF listing all of the various pieces and basic knowledge of each piece's functionality. It was stated that the wish is for everything to be sold in one lot, but would entertain offers of buying several pieces at a time. I inquired as to the name of the deceased collector, but the gentleman must have glossed over that, and I didn't want to seem pushy. There might be someone here who can ascertain the identity based on the pictures of the collection.

Also, it is preferred that purchases be picked up in person, as the job of packing and shipping would be extraordinary. The pieces are located in Cardigan, west Wales, in England.

If anyone is interested, a ZIP file of the images, included a PDF of brands, models, and brief working status, is available at:

Please message me for contact information.

I took one look at the file size (350mb) and noted that the products were located in UK (not my country) so I didn't even bother to download the file, not even sure what it there.

You know Reno offered me his Victor m90 for free almost up to the end but I just couldn't be that selfish to take the thing he loved most in the world from him even as a totally selfless gift. Now I wish I had it only because I know he would be happy knowing I had it. I sure miss him and I think about it almost every day. I'm so happy some of his collection was saved. He deserves that much and more.

And if you need a quick little break while scrolling through all those hi-fi pics, I’ve been snagging some nice bonuses on https://mostbetbd.asia/promo/bonus/ fun way to reset for a minute.
That's a fascinating collection you've described. As a longtime lurker here who's dabbled in restoring vintage audio, mostly Sansui and Pioneer pieces, I'd love to take a closer look at the ZIP to see if anything catches my eye for a partial purchase. Cardigan's not too far from where I visit family in the Midlands, so in-person pickup could work if the timing aligns

A few questions if you don't mind: What's the rough asking price for the full lot or select bundles, say, all the boomboxes or the amp/preamp stacks? And any standout rarities in there, like a Nakamichi Dragon or early Technics direct-drive turntable, that might help narrow down the collector's identity? I'll shoot you a PM shortly for the contact details, cheers for sharing this gem!
