Sharp VZ-2000 player mechanism or tone arm solenoids

Hi I am desperately looking for the above parts. I live in New Zealand and there are just no parts around here, or donor boomboxes to be found. Shipping an entire donor unit to NZ would be cost prohibitive due to the weight and distance.
So please is someone out there who can send me the parts I need. Paying for parts and shipping obviously!!!

Thank you.

its a big call you need a parts box
I’d easily spend $350 nzd on postage alone. Add the parts box and the risk that the part I need may not even be working …
It’s either getting the parts sent to me, or selling mine and looking for another working one to be sent to me.

Do either of the tone arms work?
If 1 is working and the other side is not then it might be a bad solenoid. If neither side is working it could be a bigger problem. I have these parts and I know they work but I'm in the USA and I wanted to have some of the other parts spoken for before I go. Through the work and hassles of taking a vz 2000 apart .

I don’t know for sure. I am relying on my local repair person who is Chinese and communication with him is a bit challenging. He’s been ok replacing belts and motors and tuner dials and the like but not sure he’s up to this challenge. The unit was making a clicking noise when turned on. He said he believes it’s a solenoid but he does also say it would be easiest to replace the entire player mechanism block. Do you have a working one you would consider to sell and send?

These units are supposed to make a clicking sound when you press the power switch its the sound of the main power relay engaging.
The vz 2000 is very finicky when it comes to the main drive belt and the linear tracking belt as well as crud and grease buildup on the linear tracking drive gears. If the linear tracking which is belt driven is. out of sync with the turntable platter the entire unit will act up . this usually happens when the belt tension on the small tracking pulley is out of spec or the gear mech is gummed up with crud.

I have already promised some of the turntable parts . I know the tonearm servo are working so if worse comes to worse at least those are available.
