If Craigslist is in the wild, how does that differ from Ebay?
Nice Rotel by the way.
Cheers OSS
Because it's all local, well almost all local except for the few who have driven hundreds of miles. Nobody is paying any fees to buy or sell the item via a third party (eBay) and it's technically not being marketed anywhere except your city.
Why is it much different if I find a box in CL and go pick it up or if I find it at a thrift, flea or local classified? I do get the argument that I didn't put my hands on it the moment I found it but I think that might be splitting hairs.
Since I'm not aware of an official in the wild definition excluding Craigslist I do consider it close enough to be called in the wild. Maybe I'm in the minority but that's what I always thought, I'm open to changing if the consensus is otherwise.
