The seller wants to give me the full refund, when he s getting the item back. I had to send it back. cause inside the Helix were so many broken parts flying around. The guys from the customs office told me to send it back straight. Cause that would be the easiest way for me, getting the full refund. Maybe the seller has some parts for sale soon. I was bidding on that Helix because it was so mint and it was able to send worldwide. Broken boxes i still have enough so i dont need one more.

The only way, getting the refunds was to send the Helix back to the seller. I ve already talked to the seller, to sell the parts. I couldnt keep it, cause i have no idea, whats broken inside the boombox. And its so hard to get parts for Conions or aka boxes here in Germany. So YES ...contact the seller
