Who here can read Japanese?

Picked up this Toshiba RT-9990 from Chris......Great sounding box, but I really haven't played with it much. Looking for some info on what these controls do.

First, next to the volume knob are a couple of toggle switches. Other than FM and AM, what are the other choices?

Also, next to the mic-mix knob are these 2 toggle switches. Anyone know what they do?

Wait, so you're saying that BOTH of those switches next to the Mic Mix knob are for tape type?

At least they say the symbols for Normal Chrome and metal (same as on my S90)...and they are connected on top...
I have no idea to be honest...try them and see what they do...that's how I got to know my S90
