After a bit of persuasion and some free time (and decent weather) I decided to get my radios out for some pictures. There's quite a few. I'm really happy with where I'm at and really only looking for another 4 or 5 until I "stop" buying.
I'd like to thank everyone on the forum that I've done great deals with and also for advice and repairing techniques as well as the laughs on the way.
A big thanks to Glucifer for hooking me up with one of his contacts who has enabled my collection to reach this point :)
All are functioning on tuner at least, probably 70% are fully operational with the rest needing belts replaced. I didn't include any beaters or non working radios (couldn't be bothered getting up into the attic). I've got half a dozen minis too which I didn't get chance to snap but I'll do them another day.
The pictures aren't great as they're done on an ipad, sorry bout that but I'm sure you'll get the idea. If anyone wants any pics of a specific radio or comparison pics pm me and I'll see what I can do....
Enjoy.......

I tried to photo by brand where possible as a group shot was out of the question.
Here goes:

That's a diatone y500. Not technically a boombox because it doesn't run on batteries. Does have a handle tho.
It's very heavy, real wood casing round the bottom section. VERY loud, great sound......

Additional thought, theres about 60 boxes there and alot of them are BIG, where the hell do you put them :hmmm:
Hahahaha!! I have a nice shelving unit in the sunroom which holds about 30 but its ever expanding. There's about 30 in the shed on rotation, there's about 10 at work, about 6 in the repair shop, a few scattered around the house and another couple in the mail!
