Wheeled Boomboxes - EXTRALARGE

Long time ago, there was a few years long the vienna SOUNDPARADE.
But then they gave it up. :'-(

The only highlight to hear good sound in the city is the RAINBOW PARADE (Gayparade).

But today was the 1. Vienna STREETPARADE/PARTY !
Begin at 14°°,but terrible weather. Raining,raining, raining.....

But at 17°° the weather was getting better and decided to go to the city.
Taking fast the right outfit:

I go by :vespa: , because all tramlines are closed around:

Near the famous cafe LANDTMANN the party was running:

Booming in front of the historic BURGTHEATER:

You think the bass of your KABOOM is the best?
Ok, check out this monster machine and imagine you are standing in front of!

Let the good times roll...

And dance dance dance....

Party all around:

Check the giant power generator at the truck!

It was much fun!

Hope it will be again next year.

But next sound date is the 4.July.
Then starting the RAINBOW PARADE

Yeah, this is nice.....the music booms. The thing is though, they cheat.

They use big sound systems and generators.



The big question is though........

What BOOMBOX did you boom at the event?

In the UK, we have an event in Brighton which is a bit like this.....loads of trucks with party people and big booming sound systems with diesel fumes in the air......

And somewhere in amongst all of that, is BoomBoxDeluxe getting some major with a Sharp GF-9000!

Keeping it Old Skool, and getting out there repesenting the WGM, baby!!!!!!! YEAH, BOI !!!!!!!!

@BBD: It would be senceless to take a boombox there, you would´nt hear it.
There were over 15 trucks, loaded with music power.
(At the rainbowparade there will be over 30)

But i have seen many guys with "oldskool" shirts.
Boomboxes, turntables, tapes and more on it.

For the rainbow parade, this would be the right feature:

I wish LA could do stuff like that here. But every time they try it ends in guns, burning cars and riot police

We have a huge street parade every year too, but carrying a boomer is pointless and deffo the boomer will end trashed . So many people, all dancing and so on and on will end it bad. And the other problem - nobody wants to carry it when you need a leak
