Hmm. Is it possible someone you know secretly sold it to these people? It would be shocking indeed if this company had the balls to go out and just brazenly steal music like that to resell.

I think a consultation with a lawyer is definitely in order. Either to cease and decist and/or demand a fat royalty plus penalties.

yeah i checked the site and there is tons of tracks i did just screwing around a few years ago on there for sale for prices ranging between 36 and 120 dollars.
the thing is i recently was watching tv and heard a commercial that i freaking swore was one of these tracks with some other stuff added over top of it.
i have no idea what the hell is going on there but i know i have not seen anymoney from these people.

bill if you copyrighted your music no one can use it without you knowing about it and your permission and not only that if it was done with a group you all have to know one member cannot sell the rights without all the members consent and if thats the case then you need to act quickly.....

recently there has been a bunch of music sites from places like india where there is no copyright rules setting up online shops that basically steal music and sell it.
its pretty wierd.
