I find it unnerving that there are people just reaching voting age who may have never had a cassette deck of any kind in their immediate household...

I´m in the voting age and i know how to play/use cassettes since the days of old :lol:

I saw one of these little "Toy Radio's" at Fry's electronics. They looked cool, but they are total chinese trash. and very small.

Even so, if they would have made the circuitry at least record the MP3's in the highest possible setting, 44k in stereo, basically just a direct reproduction of a cassette with all it's hissing glory it would be cool. And for $29, hell, I would buy one. But since it can't even do that....BRING ON THE STEAM ROLLER!
