Decided to update the collection pic with the current "allowed by wife" status / limit :-)

I still have my bumpboxx but the vintage gear is blocking the view of it sitting on the couch

Love the DJ Tech box, been after one for a while
Yeah they kinda vanished not long after release. I took a chance on getting one without hearing it in person. Now I am glad I jumped on the bandwagon. I did the battery mod Melly told me about and haven't looked back. One of my favorite go to BT boxes

Almost missed this little guy in the picture!

Great collection, even if it is limited by the wife

Thanks. I appreciate that. Most of these were saved and brought back to working order. One thing that is a must is all cassette decks have to work.....and perfectly. I pride myself in keeping them all going and working well :-) I think only 2 or 3 haven't needed some healing by my two hands :-) Thats the Lasonic i931 and the GPO Brooklyn which only needed a slight azimuth adjustment.

....and good eye. That's my little Sony WM-EX88 Walkman. Runs off a gum-stick battery and disappears in the pocket. Better than any iPOD if you ask me :-)

Gold conion....
That was my very first box when I started collecting. Up until then I only had my GE 3-5267A and an egg  The Silver one came along on eBay with non working decks. Had to get it to compliment the other. My wife will tell you that I can come up with any good excuse to get another box.

Not featured is my JBL boombox. Not a vintage blaster but my reasoning for it was to have a water resistant box for the beach :-P

Real nice collection you got there! I too, just don't feel right unless my boxes are fully functional. Keep up the great work.

Everybody's ooohing and aaahhing over the Conions, M90, and Lasonic, but I'm ogling the Panasonic RX-5050 up on top of the pile. There's just something about the looks of that kicker it means business! I have two of them and just freakin love em!

Yeah I'm a Panasonic fan too. I noticed he has the rx-5050 and the Quasar GX-3612! Both nice Matsushita products. He's got a nice selection of small/midsize and large(jumbo)going on.

Thanks guys. It has been my goal to try and scratch the itch in all corners. I even branch out into the modern boxes.

I like the Matsushita/National/Panasonic/Quasar Line.. I collect boxes from high to low in price point as well as big to small.

I am usually only biased to the brands. If it's a JVC or Matsushita product I'll like it. Partial to GE because that was my first box.

Thanks Rimmer. I have already gone through 4 sets of batteries on the M70. Got two more sets waiting in line to be charged. blu_fuz is sending me a rainbow strap for it so I can't wait to click that in and snap a photo :-)
