bobby --you are , as usual -- partly correct

aside from some 'trippple wides' and the bigger newer trailers --
these places are all way too small for big families with a pile of kids-

so - yes --its mostly older grandparents that live here during the week -
but --on the weekends --we get invaded by 100 cool kids

then---around here = it ROCKS !!!
