This weekend in the UK - BOOT SALE SEASON STARTS!

I just wanted to share my excitement at the fact that for the next 5 months I'll be up at 6.30am almost every Sunday and going round several boot sales in search of Boomers, Sealed blank tapes & original tapes, Old School Hip Hop 12s and just about anything else I can sneak past the missus!

You can't beat a dope find in the wild!

I'm in Kent in South East UK, this weekend will be Broadstairs, Whitstable & Folkestone...

No doubt my bredren! You never know what might turn up! I went through all the local 2nd hand furniture, charity & electrical shops locally this week, only found one box which was in poor condition and the feller in there mugged himself cos I was with my missus (half dominical half white) and he referred to it as a "Wogbox".... needless to say I bought nothing from this twat and my other half killed him with kindness just to be all up in his face!

Bring on the boxes!

Yep, bring on the car boot season. Theres a massive one on the A3 near Guildford, plus a couple of respectable size ones in Farnborough and Bordon.

Woop! On the way to the booty passed a garage sale... now this is where it's at... the old boys clearing out their lofts... I bagged a nice condition Prinz STR 8080... well, it looks nice cosmetically but 30 years in a shed has taken it's toll... MEGA CRACKLE like no one's business, tape mechanism completely clogged & non functional, loads of old tape in the roller, plus big time hum while rewinding, fast forwarding or playing...however... IT DOES GO NICE AND LOUD! I only paid £7 for it, so I'm not sure if this is worth the time to get it fully working, but it has an external L & R 3.5mm mic input (2 x mono) so tomorrow I'll pick up 2 phono to 3.5mm jack adapters and stick an external source into it and see how it likes proper drum machine 80s Hip Hop!

Here's the beast, gonna let some proper Hip Hop flow through it see how loud it goes!
