As a former Swedish Royal guard I have to say this guy is skilled.
This is filmed from inside the quarters and the soldier on guard is post nr.1, gun-post. He/she is responsible to let in officers and guest into the guard-section of the Royal castle. It's in Stockholm the capital of Sweden.
Did 11 months of service there and we learned to rides horses and lots of other stuff.
