Well folks as you well may know the USPS and other shipping agencies have raised their rates again, effective today. While browsing on EPay I noticed that the price of shipping a box to the US from our Chinese friends has now reached $320.
Ouch! So the question is: As the boom box market prices surge in February (partially due to tax return money), is this a prime opportunity for us domestic BBox lovers to make some cash? IMHO you could get a high quality box domestically (including shipping) for what the shipping rate from China is now. It certainly lessens my chances of buying internationally now.
That is just wrong to charge that much for shipping a boombox. Even if I got the boombox for free, I wouldn't pay that much for shipping.
