Substitute case screws from ebay.

I'll post this here on the off chance that someone is struggling like i did to find proper case screws.

I found some 50x3mm self-tappers that perfectly replace the ones in my Panasonic rx c60. They are silver and the threaded part is longer, but they do the job.

Those heads look smaller than the original. Might be a risk of breaking through the end of the screw post.

You might want to grind the pointed tips down. The blunt tip acts as a stop in case the screw bottoms out in the plastic when installed in the wrong tower. If you leave it pointy, there is a posibility that it won't stop if it bottoms out and you'll end up with a whole hole where there was none before.

I can confirm this but luckily my screws weren't long enough to fully poke through.
However, they did end up leaving some annoying dimples.
