I'm not sure what happened to the Stereo 80's site? :hmmm: I went on the other day and got a "directory not found" error message. I was hoping it was temporary but alas it seems to have been taken down. I will miss it as it served as a useful directory to quickly get a visual on a boombox. It also seemed pretty comprehensive. You shall be missed stereo 80's! :'-(

Yeah, I tried to access it the other day and saw it wasn't there anymore. It's a shame as I did use it sporadically for looking up variations and they were invaluable for when I was looking up Sanyo models as I never seem to be able to differentiate Sanyo's by model numbers on the fly. Anyway, it's a sad loss, along with the Boombox Database this is now cast off to the ages it would seem.

Rock On.

you might be able to get an email addres from a cached page somewhere. I used google cache sometimes to get old pages back from the dead....

worth a shot...

Damn shame. I've spent hours there. That explains why the Sanyo M7024 I submitted was never added.
 :ghost:

Just received an email from Paul at Stereo 80's. My Sanyo M7024 submission was finally added. Looks like things are back in full swing.

Now I need another 7024. I gave mine to my Nana, along with a bunch of Sinatra cassettes, since she didn't have a radio at the nursing home. She uses it every day.

You didn't give her the C-100 Aram? She would've ruled the nursing home with that badboy!

No way, Jerry! I'm the closest relative, so I'd be the first to get the call from the Lexington Police. :police:
