i mean a lot of the people here just cannot drive in the snow.

You should come see Tennessee drivers when it snows.

...It rained so hard the windshield wipers were useless and you could barely see beyond the hood of the car.

That's okay, Don. Most Tennessee drivers can't see beyond the hood of the car anyway.
