Slow cassette deck on my jvc rc m70

Guys my jvc rc m70 cassete deck runs way to slow. Does somebody knows how to fix that? The drive belt was just changed.

Shoot some deoxit into the motor, temp fix but will tell you whether the motor is going, has worked on my Nakamichi for the last 2 years. Make sure to clean the entire tape path also; capstans and rollers. Might also need a new idler tyre.
