Sharp GF-9191 tape deck motor problems

Good Evening.
Rebuilding my first GF-9191 but i have a tape motor with a bearing that won't stay in the housing. Does anyone know where to obtain a replacement motor new or used motor?
Does anyone know if i need CW or CCW and what voltage?
