Hi I have two boomboxes both same model, when you press play on them it clicks and clicks inside and the play button won't stay down. The grease inside is white, could this be a problem? it does not look hard like older models I have seen inside where the grease is yellow and rock solid.
I uploaded a picture below, there is a small white cog next to the flywheel on the rear on a black peg which is doing the clicking, if I get it into a certain position it works ok but when I put the plate on it does not last for very long, just wondering if its the grease.
