Sharp GF-575 spotted in new movie!

A GREAT feature shot of a Sharp GF-575 in the new Amazon Prime movie “Heads of State” starring John Cena, Idris Elba, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

At the end, they do a close up shot of the GF-575 and slowly pan off the radio to an island bar.

Spoiler alert - think twice before investing 2 hours in this movie lol. John Cena’s acting is terrible. Painfully wooden. The other actors run circles around him.

Tried to do a screen capture of the BBX but all I got was a black screen.

Normally the phrase "Made in Japan" is on the back next to the voltage/power info
It looks strange prominently displayed right next to the Sony badge on the front, was that really a thing?

Can only speak for the UK but in the 80s, it was normal for anything in Japan to come with the Made in Japan sticker on the front.

When I see electronic made in Japan that's a huge selling point and a plus for me. Some countries may require that the country of origin for a product be prominently displayed.

Agree, I think his acting is actually getting worse with age.
