Bought a Panasonic RQ-2157 from him back in November, and left glowing feedback. Can't remember the transaction (or what an RQ-2157 is), but it must have gone OK. Wonder what went wrong. 
He told me he was having a hard (and I don't use the term lightly) time catching up with seller/ebay/paypal fees and the shipping costs(he charged way below what it actually cost to ship-need money to make money) so he insisted that it was like a treadmill of trying to break even to where he could actually start selling to make a profit again (the reason that in december/January he had more than 2 pages of stuff for sell!!!) . 
I have had some great deals with him and never a problem. I hope he can start anew and do it right this time 
Charge the actual shipping cost (maybe charge a lil more) and start the opening bid at his personal reserve so that if it is won, it will be at the price he wanted! So everybody is happy

Actually hate to hear this, so many buyers want shipping cheaper than it takes and it hurts sellers!
I love buyers that state : please "double box" with "extra peanuts" and "bubblewrap" for the $25 charged!!! Give me a break - go collect stamps, or better yet go to wally word and buy a Coby!
I lose money 7 out of 10 times shipping! Its just not the shipping charges but packaging supplies too!!! They don't grow in the back yard with the money tree!
I try to be fair but I offer an reward to the seller who ships the box to me with no damage!
