SANYO 9994 broken tweeter!!!

Hey guys just got a SANYO 9994 but wont actually be getting it for a couple of weeks and it has a broken tweeter it wont stay in .
Can someone explain how they sit in place and is it a common failure. Is it an easy fix?????

Thanks craig just a bit frustrated as i have to wait till i can get it from welly. Thought that it would be a type of set up like that. Looks like yours has/had the same problem...
Oh a better look sugests thats the way it is ...
