if any of you are following the news today i am sure you already know that the games have been off to a real sad start with the death of this athlete.
Nodar Kumaritashvili had really no chance and i can honestly say that the ioc and vanoc need to take the blame for it.
that track is too dangerous.

i just hope to the powers that be,that they do something with that track before someone else is killed.
i mean when you see the video on the news i cannot believe they allowed this track to be open without protection on those beams.
yes the sport is very dangerous and people do die doing it but it just seems like a total oversight to me

well honestly it is a very dangerous sport.

however there should have been some kind of protection there for sure.
btw that track is a lot faster than any luge track in the world.
its too fast to be honest.
i mean we are not talking about people wearing body armor here.
its brutal.
