This Sears and Roebuck radio was found at a local thrift store. I think I paid $15 for it last year.
It's a simple 6 D cell radio, limited features, but super clean. It doesn't have a line in, but I use it with my small FM transmitter. It has a great tuner and a really long single antenna and picks up stations nice and strong. It has a single line LED VU Meter and a nice stereo wide setting. The cassette deck works great and sounds full. It does have piezo tweeters, but they don't sound bad. I have a small set of real tweeters that I might swap out. It carries it's own connected power cord in a compartment in the back.
For the most part, I haven't really cleaned this radio. This is how I got it. I do need to open it up and blow the light dust out of the tuner area, but that's about it.
I tend to grab this little guy when I am BBQ'n here at the house where massive volume isn't needed. But it still gets loud enough to Rock Out
