Prosonic PQR-9962 Tape Speed Adjustment ** WHERE?

Hey all,

I have a fully working PQR-9962 & have added my usual LED mods to it but the tape speed is fast. I looked at the motor & it does NOT have a speed set screw like JVC or SHARP has. Is there a pot on the mainboard to adjust speed & if so, what pot do I adjust. I know that there a few surface mount pots on the main board but don't want to mess with them until I know for sure if any do in fact control tape speed. I could really fark something up if I poke around with a jeweler's screwdriver....

Anyone have to deal with this before?

I was just working on my PQR’s deck yesterday, couldn’t find the speed adjust either. Luckily for me mine seems to be playing at the correct speed. Any luck finding it?

Check the back of the cassette deck motor for a sticker sometimes they hide a little hole under it where there's a screw inside that's a small flat head screw and that's the one you turn to adjust the speed
