Hello everyone,

I am pleased to say that I managed to scrape through my first-year resits and am studying at Uni again this year. The bad news is the course has now become very, very demanding and I have precious little time for anything except studying. Also my financial situation is not as good as last year, so I don't really have enough money to collect any more boomboxes for a while :sadno: However it's not all doom and gloom as I have got the 8200E with me at my new house, where it is hooked up to my computer and once the landlord finishes cleaning out the backgarden, it will be out there with a few deckchairs and an ice-cold beer!

If I can get a saturday job, I might be investing in some decks and a mixer with a long-term view to getting Serato hooked up, so I'm sure there are plenty of people on here who I can turn to for beginners advice should the need arise! Hope everyone had a great summer, and keep Blasting! :breakdance:

Good to see your still with us Glen. Your collection doesn't need to grow to be here, you've already established yourself.

Good luck with school.

One day at a time. :-)

You'll soon be rewarded as long as you keep yourself positive.

The Serato is a great piece of equipment wish I had one, but I'm happy for now with the Prodigy B-52 workstation. :-D
