Can someone explain how to post pictures with topic reply's is there a restrction before your permitted ?

Welcome Cman!

Try "Click Here To Upload Images" when submitting a post, locate the photos..and then Add Link To Post on the right hand side.

My pictures are on my PC desktop can I upload or is this a URL policy .
