Panasonic RQ-4350 channel issues while listening via input and cassette playback

Hello all,

I'm seeking help/assistance from someone that has experience with the Panasonic RQ-4350 or any other variant. There is no sound on the right channel while playing via the input (using bluetooth adapter) and cassette playback. Oddly enough, while using the FM tuner it works perfectly on both channels. I'm curious to see if you guys had some tips on figuring out why this is occurring. I find it strange that this is occurring. It appears that both input and cassette outputs redirect via the same channel.

@hopey - Problem solved - pressing REC and Play did help troubleshoot the issue (...thank you). Turns out there were some dirty contacts and cold solder joints for the outputs. Cleaned it up with contact cleaner, and I rejuvenated the output solder joints. Thanks for looking folks
