I'm new around here, but I have a request for some help. Hopefully it's not too unusual.
When I was a kid growing up, we had a Panasonic RX-5180. Not the prettiest box, but it did the trick, until it died and my parents got rid of it. (In hind sight, I should have not let them and found a place to get it repaired).
For father's day this summer, I want to make my dad a t-shirt with the "Ambience" logo that used to be on the front of the deck. But I can't find a picture hi-rez enough to convert to a vector, even by eye.
I was wondering if someone with a Panasonic box could take a super close up picture or scan of that "Ambience" logo. And even though it doesn't appear that way on the RX-5180, it might be cool if I could get one with the (((||))) shockwave bit too. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about, from an FM-25.
I would really appreciate it! I think this will make his father's day. And I dare my brother to come up with a better idea.
