Sorry to say it is. We had intended to add on to the house so I cleared out the area completely and sold most of my collection, but an unforeseen massively leaking (40+ years) oil tank decommission last month tapped us out completely. Crazy DEQ laws out here to say the least...so, the cave may return eventually but its hard to justify the space in a thousand square foot house.baddboybill said:You mean your man cave is gone? Had the tank thing happen selling a house once didn`t even know it was there buried underground - cost an arm and a leg - depending on if it was leeching and not properly decomissioned could cost upwards of $50,000 - hope you get your cave back !
