Adam.... my car is similar looking. Same color, also a 427 but mine is the very rare L-71 engine. Google it if you aren't familiar with that motor but it was Chevrolet's answer to Chrysler's 6-pack. Basically 3 holley 2-barrels. There was also a L-68 option which is similar looking motor with the same carbureter setup but much milder (hydraulic cam vs. solid cam, 2-bolt main block vs. mine which is 4-bolt, cast vs. forged crank, oval port heads vs. square port heads, etc. etc.). None of those might mean anything to you unless you were hot rodding back in the day. Oh yeah, mine also has both tops (soft and hard) and my hardtop is apparently quite rare as it's vinyl covered. Most were painted same color as body.
