Howdy, just joined thanks to a post in another forum. I've got a small collection, I have 3 in regular use, a PC-55 (had the 550 as well, gave it to a mate of mine), and 2 FH-7 Mk. II's, one of each color. Have an Aiwa CA-30 sitting out on the back patio. Also have:

SCR-8
GF-8989
4x PC-8
SK-700
C-7
PH-420
SA-C05
TX-L50 (broken in transit--anybody repair these things?)
TRK-9300H
RX-C20

Welcome mesko.

This is a great place to be if you have a passion for boomboxes and it looks like you do judging by your nice collection.

That's a pretty nice collection. How do you like your C-7? I love mine!

By the way, what's a TX-L50?

The Fat One has a C-9 as I do. And yes we love them!

The TX-L50 is a Mitsubishi component set with a five cassette changer. A booger bear to fix but it can be done.

Welcome Aboard! And great colllection!

Hey mescko, nice to have you here brother!
BTW, If you got any Strānj-Bōōmbŏks let me see 'em!!! ;-)

The TX-L50 got hammered pretty good, cracked a speaker cab (no biggie), broke off the headphone jack and surrounding PCB, the VU meters aren't working, still can't get sound, the changer works fine. I think United Parcel Smashers got a workout on this one (football?). I'll post a pic one of these days.
