At the office, my team tends to celebrate the less popular holidays (Arbor Day, Groundhogs Day, etc). Well, next week we are celebrating "pi" day. Get it?? 3.14.....March 14th? C'mon you know that is funny.
Anywho, we also always vote for the best representation of the theme. I lost on Groundhogs Day to a bundt cake with a giant groundhog shaped rice krispy treat in the middle. So, I have to redeem myself,
The menu so far includes:
Fruit Pie (lame)
Pizza (lame)
Giant cookie with a pi symbol (ok...that's better)
At the moment, I'm thinking I will cook a breakfast casserole in a pie dish, but that's lame. Even if I do put bacon strips in the pi symbol on top. I'm also probably gonna make pistachio pudding ("PI"stachio and "PI"neapples" are in it) THAT'S a winner for sure.
But I wanna goe all out and slam dunk for the win. I know you guys can help me with an idea. Keep in mind, this is at work, so it doesn't need to land me in HR. I will be feeding 8 adults. I have no means of refrigeration and can only re heat in a microwave.
