I am about to become the new found owner of a mint TRC 931(FINALLY  :w00t: ) I was wondering if anyone could help me out and scan their manual and I can have a reference guide but also something to compliment it's originality.
This would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance!

If I remember correctly, from when I got my TRC-931 back in very late 1986/early 1987, they didn't really have much of a manual - it was probably just a folded sheet of paper (4 pages) and not much info on anything. Other than info on the ALC switch - which I still have no clue as to what the hell that does, you don't need a manual to figure out how to use anything on the TRC-931. If it really said anything of value, I would've kept it.

The ALC (if I remember correctly) is a simple level control to keep recordings from being distorted from hot sources. Not that anyone in their right mind would use the TRC -931 for any serious recording. And even then the ALC pobably doesn't do much of anything.

No problem, you looking just to have or are there issues needing attention?

No issues Bad boy. I once owned the manual as a yoot. It would be nice to read it again. I'm the sentimental type.

I don't remember if it was an owner's manual, service manual or a user's manual. I would buy any papers that originally came with this box hey. Thanks

I know Fatdog has the PDF file. Unfortunately my PDF is gone due to my hard drive on computer failing. Send PM to Fatdog. They use to be in Media Files but he may be able to send you link. ;-)
