MY SONY CFDS45L AMAZING BASS !

Hello everyone

I'm listening to this compact, but punchy bbox everyday in my bathroom in the shower
This bbox I bought in 1999, and it works like new !!

The sound has nothing to do with the size : this thing rocks!!!!!
Specs indicate a power of 2 x 4.5 watts rms, but it seems much much powerful
Volume goes up to 10, with 3 steps between each change
At 9, with a tape or a cd, absolutely NO distortion at all, when eq off and megabass on, sound is pure pleasure with astounding bass, close to an M70 (yes, truly amazing, I know i have a M70 so no lies )
If you can put a hand on this nice bbox, do it!!!!

Hmm...may sound great but looks wise but if you like it then that's all that matters

I don't doubt the bass is nice, since eggs have better internal sound chambers to amplify bass than old-school boxes do. However, its treble is probably weak, and there is no way it could be heard for blocks like an M70.

well Reli you are wrong, mids and trebles are also excellent !!! this little baby sounds awesome, can compare to a Panasonic cobra

of course it doesn't look as good as an M70 for sure, but it is a very nice bbox to have, easy to carry
the tape sound is also excellent
