My mini boom wall.. *** V2 UPDATED***

Nothing like the hard core boom rooms I have envied over... But it's organized and make working on them a joy.
Here's my start..

Even though quite heavy on the Sharp side with almost 1/2 being Sharps, still nice collection and glad to see that there are representations from different manufacturers although aside from Sharp, the rest only have 1 example each. Let me guess... you are high on Sharp?

Kinda just happened that way.there's always plenty of sharps for sale here.. . I do love my vzs but one of my favorite is the Aiwa.. Very classy looking

Well... I didn't expect to out grow the last wall so soon.. but this is passion is addictive!
I decided to shuffle things around and move the boxes onto a larger wall..

First step was to annoy the wife and bring all my babies inside for safe keeping



Then I had to consolidate and get rid of a lot of crap I didn't need. Ah they joys of living in a town house. (Next house has to have a triple garage😉)



Because the garage is made up of 100mm hollow block, I didn't want to rise the wall falling or shelving pulling out of the blocks.. so I welded up some RHS steel which is bolted to the floor and to the rafters. Super strong and I can sleep soundly at night...



I use my garage for pretty much all my projects, so I wanted a way to protect the wall from dust and splashes.. I found some old roller blinds in the local trading post and figured it would do the trick..





Easy as rolling up to view..



The finished wall... 🤗









...and a disco ball for good measure....
