Dig that yellow Philips! Those boxes don't get much love around here, but I love that Philips were not afraid to make their cheap boxes look different. They tried a lot of adventurous styles. I'm thinking of building a sub-collection of weird Philips / Magnavoxes.

I have never seen a detailed thread on those Yellow Phillips....I think that would be a good read. I don't seem many pictures either

Got my minty Yellow D8300 for like $30 at thrift store. Then bought original owners manual for $10. It's not a bad unit although I like the D8443 better. But I keep this one because Jeannie also had one of these as a teen
