Vini is Italian, it means "Wines".

Vinii is Latin, it means "Owed".

Vinnie is American Italian, it means "Barbarino".

The plural of something ending X can end CES (as in indices or paradoces), so I'm guessing Vinices.

Its root is in the Greek rather than the Latin.

I say the plural form of Vinix is Vinix.
