More flea shots, please stop me

Was a heavy weekend.
Found too many boxes at flea.
Now i must stop, place is over....

But here the weekend finds:

Nice TOSHIBA doubledecker.
Fully working with a few little cuts, but for 3 euros....

compact box, ideal for camping and so

Maybe i give it away if anybody wants it

Next find was this pretty silver JVC

He had batteries in it, so i could test everything.
The Music Scanner is also working

Love this pretty unit

additional i got this GRUNDIG partycenter 2200 for "free"

But i´m afraid it was not worth to carry with me.
Radio dead, only 1 deck is half working

Anybody has worked inside.
I try a short repair. If not possible > parting

Then the next "must have"

Then i heared this poor HORNYPHON crying
"Save me", so i did..

It´s a LANICO!
Here after a repair and big clean up

left deck needs belts, everything else is working

one of my biggest flea finds ever

So, and now imagine you got all those boxes one after another at the same yardsale flea.
The arms become longer and longer ( alone the LANICO is enogh with it´s weight).
And the car is about 1km far parked. :'-(

When i reached the car after a few stops i felt like BUD SPENCER.

Nope!
3 in left hand, 3 in right.
Was looking like a boombox christmas-tree.
But you can imagine how i felt when i reached the car...

But what could we learn?
Nothing is impossible, if you really want.

It´s very hard to leave interesting boxes at flea...

Next problem ist coming in:
Today i was for organisation for the big tram-festival tomorrow.
Every year people can drive around with the old cars.
And when i was in the working area of the depot my eyes caught a big black box.
An old LASONIC 3piecer, very similar to the LANICO.

Asking if for sale or exchange.
The problem is, the owner is´nt in the company any more.
And nobody will say yes or no.

Wish me luck, i will try it tomorrow again.

Don't stop going to the market. The pictures are always very interesting to see. These old boomers need to be documented. If you can get closeups,a picture of the ID tag on anything you see would be very valuable to collectors.

Go take pictures but don't buy anymore unless you really want it. It may be necessary to limit your criteria for purchases. Generally speaking I don't buy anything that doesn't have a line input. That narrows the eligible boxes for me considerably.

But before i remove them, the box must work.
