Bill, you do realize that those scans are useless, right? :-/ The manual should be scanned with a minimum of 200dpi with NO resizing.

Rescan the manual and send the better scans to me and I'll create a PDF of the manual. :-)

I started scanning the 1 st 2 pages went fine the my scanner went haywire so I had crop the rest. I was going to have my gf rescan to put into mediafire :-D I had already sent fins5 this info on what I was going to do ;-)

Sounds like a plan, Bill!

200dpi on color or greyscale might be OK but on BW, I always scan at 400dpi or higher. You can read at lower dpi but to print/reproduce at any thing less will result in less than stellar reproductions. A 400dpi BW scan goes quite fast with reasonable file sizes.

Speaking of manuals... is there any need of a 975 manual scanned? I have one here that I can easily scan to pdf if needed.

So are you making copies for yourself? or is there any chance you might have some to share? :-)
Technically, mine is the 2nd version of the 931, but this would still be great to have until I find the orig one for the 1st version. Tell me if there's any way I could get a printed copy, PDF or even just the jpgs you have for it. I don't believe you posted that one yet.

Thanks a lot!

Hey m40dotcom - Just noticed your question...

Bill was showing the copies he made from a manual I'd sent him last week, but the actual files for you (or anyone) to make copies should be available soon.

Bill mentioned he has already sent them to Fatdog for posting on this site, so it should happen soon. It could be hours, or days, but probably not weeks. But hey, nobody's charging for any of this. Patience, grasshopper. :-P
