So, I like girls dancing around in bikinis and skimpy outfits as much as the next guy, but I watched about 3/4 of the video and gave up. I don't find Gaga sexy at all, and the whole "kill bill" theme of the video for this song is a huge mismatch, IMHO.

I guess I'm getting old. But somehow this video caused me to lose some respect for Beyonce' and makes me care even less about Lady Ga-Ga than I did before. Seriously, why did Beyonce feel the need to do this?

Gaga's music is cheeky and catchy enough to where I guess it's understandable that it gets air time on the radio and has made her popular. What I don't get is the constant pushing of the envelope with the behavior and outfits. It just seems like she's trying soooooo hard that you know her eclecticism is not for real. It's all just for the act and that constant drive to stay relevent in any way possible. Right from the start it seemed desperate and ahead of schedule for her. But the whole act seems superficial and shallow to me, rather than cool and edgy. WTF kind of name is Lady Gaga anyway? Is that really the best she could come up with???? Named after one of Queen's most irrelevant songs???

Freddy Mercury is probably rolling over in his grave...

Yea, I'm getting old. Give me Sade' over Gaga any day of the week.

I agree, JT. It really is a shame when an "artist" has to resort to blatant sexual imagery to sell a song. I see videos like this and I'm no longer surprised why a lot of the youth today act the way they do. :-/ I can tell you right now that I would not want my 11-year-old daughter watching that video. :nonono:
